I've seen it once, but I doubt I will ever watch it again precisely because of its impact on me. I hate when it's used as a gimmick, but if it's to identify the time period (like The Artist this year), then I'm game.

Great list!Alex Withrowhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15887018476048271594noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6917634143872972680.post-65756126438929862252011-12-16T08:13:13.256-06:002011-12-16T08:13:13.256-06:00Steve, that's a great pick. I was focusing too much of fiction films. I could probably make a separate list of black-and-white music documentaries with I Am Trying to Break Your Heart, Don't Look Back, the recent Swell Season film, and a few more. I'll have to keep that one in the back of my mind.Danhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12351431577484530230noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6917634143872972680.post-73151651483303720792011-12-16T07:23:41.111-06:002011-12-16T07:23:41.111-06:00I didn't expect to see Sam Jones's black-a...I didn't expect to see Sam Jones's black-and-white documentary I am Trying to Break Your Heart here, but it would make my list.
