I'll take a look at your folk list to get some good ideas for albums to check out. I appreciate the tip on The Antlers. I've heard of them but haven't caught their music yet. Thanks!Danhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12351431577484530230noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6917634143872972680.post-56650787970537850492011-12-31T07:25:46.433-06:002011-12-31T07:25:46.433-06:00Nice list. I didn't love the entire The People...Nice list. I didn't love the entire The People's Key album, but those were my two favourite Bright Eyes tracks as well ( : Especially "One for you, one for me", a song perhaps about everyone in the world needing a hug. At the moment my number one song of 2011!

As you did, I also found The Mountain Goats - All Eternals Deck. Was a strong year for folk music I think, many interesting releases, I shared my Top folk songs from 2011 on my blog.

If you liked Kaputt, I'd recommend the atmospheric album: Burst Apart - The Antlers.

Have a great 2012 ( :Chrishttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09395044055566348346noreply@blogger.com
